We kindly request that you arrive on time for your scheduled service. In the event that you are late for less than 15 minutes, we may need to reduce the service time in order to accommodate our next client. Should you arrive later than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to provide the service and your appointment will be marked as a no-show.
Please be advised that we require a minimum of 48-hour prior notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If you are able to cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance, your deposit will be refunded. However, if a cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the appointment, the deposit will be held.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise at the last minute. Nevertheless, please note that our staff rely on their commission and tips, and late cancellations can adversely affect our business and their livelihood. As such, regardless of the reason, deposits will not be refunded for any last-minute cancellations.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 48-hour notice. In the event of a third rescheduling, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and the deposit will be held.
